Service
The cycle, owned end to end.
Revenue cycle management means someone is accountable for the claim from the moment an appointment is booked until the money is posted. That accountability is the product.
- 1. Before the visitEligibility & Benefits
- Coverage checked ahead of the appointment, so a claim is never filed against a plan that was never going to pay it.
- 2. At the visitCharge Capture
- Every billable encounter reconciled against the schedule. Missed charges are the quietest revenue leak there is.
- 3. CaptureCoding
- Certified coders read the documentation rather than guessing from a superbill.
- 4. SubmissionScrubbing & Filing
- Claims validated against payer-specific rules, then filed within twenty-four hours of coding.
- 5. RecoveryDenials & Appeals
- Every denial is worked. Appeals are written, not resubmitted blindly, and tracked to a decision.
- 6. ClosePosting & Reconciliation
- Payments posted daily against expected reimbursement, so underpayments surface instead of settling.

Questions
Before you switch.
Is this different from medical billing?
Billing is the submission and follow-up. Revenue cycle management is everything around it — eligibility, charge capture, coding, denials, reconciliation and reporting. If you only outsource billing, the gaps either side stay yours.
Do we keep our practice management system?
Yes. We work inside whatever you already use. There is no migration and nothing new for your staff to learn.
What reporting do we get?
A weekly number and a monthly reconciliation that ties to your bank deposits. If a report cannot be reconciled, it is decoration.
