We are new. Rather than pretend otherwise, we have built the site around what you can check: how we work, what it costs, and what we will measure.
Why we started
Independent practices lose a meaningful share of what they earn somewhere between the visit and the deposit. Not to fraud or catastrophe, but to coding slips, unappealed denials, and receivables nobody chased before the filing window closed.
Most of that is recoverable. Very little of it is visible from inside a practice, because the people best placed to notice are the same people seeing patients.
How we work
We start with a panel: ninety days of your claims data, read against the ranges a healthy practice sits in. It costs nothing and it is diagnostic rather than promotional — if your numbers are fine, we will tell you that.
If you engage us, we work inside your existing systems. No migration, no new software, read-only access where that is sufficient.
What we will not do
- Claim certifications we do not hold. We display HIPAA, because that is the one we have.
- List forty specialties to look larger than we are.
- Hide pricing behind a discovery call.
- Write off aged receivables quietly because they are hard to work.
